September 2026

We're excited to announce version 1.18 of the ThoughtSphere Platform – delivering a significant
application-wide modernization that creates a cleaner, more consistent user experience while
continuing to advance AI-assisted clinical data workflows.

Application-Wide Release Highlights

across modules to create a cleaner, more modern, and more consistent experience for end
users.

  • Unified icon sets and modernized application layouts provide a more consistent visual
    experience across workflows.
  • Standardized table headers and improved text wrapping make dense clinical information
    easier to read and review.
  • Layout and interaction improvements reduce visual friction and make common actions easier
to identify as users move between modules.

My Actions, All Actions, and Unassigned
Actions have been refreshed to provide a more consistent and intuitive experience for managing
work across the platform.

EXPANDED Role Reassignment Controls:
Reassign actions are now available to both DM
Lead and CPM roles across applicable workflows, providing greater flexibility for managing
review ownership and workload.

location for managing AI prompt templates used within supported workflows.

ENHANCED Clinical Mapping Workbench: The Clinical Mapping Workbench has been
modernized to provide a more streamlined mapping experience and improved consistency with
the broader platform refresh.

NEW Active-Mapping Explainability: Explainability reports are now available for active
mappings, giving users greater transparency into mapping behavior and supporting review of
mapping outcomes.

have been redesigned and optimized for performance, providing a more modern and responsive
experience for configuring and reviewing checks.

EXPANDED DVP Agent & AI-Assisted Check Generation: DVP agent capabilities now
include refinement of data check logic through conversation with the agent – further enhancing
AI assistance across the data check creation workflow.

ENHANCED Synchronous Query Writeback & Zelta Integration: Real-time query writeback
is now supported, with expanded Zelta query status and response tracking to provide more
immediate visibility across query workflows.

STANDARDIZED CPT Plan Configuration: Status definitions and column layouts have been
standardized for CPT plan setup, improving consistency when configuring and reviewing plans.

ClinQ™

Centralized Review, Risk & Quality Oversight

NEW Central Data Review Suite: Listing, QTL, and medical reviews are now brought together
through unified All, My, and Unassigned review experiences – giving users a more centralized
way to find, prioritize, and manage clinical review work.
ENHANCED KRI & Risk Governance Experience: Risk Library and Promote Risks screens

information easier to organize and review.

A More Modern, Connected Clinical Platform

Version 1.18 represents a significant step forward in the ThoughtSphere user experience. The
application-wide modernization creates a more consistent visual language and improves
everyday usability across modules, while redesigned review experiences help users move
through complex clinical workflows with less friction.

At the same time, expanded AI-assisted planning and check generation, mapping explainability,
centralized review, and connected query workflows continue to advance ThoughtSphere as an
end-to-end clinical data orchestration platform – bringing clinical data, review, risk, and AI-
enabled workflows together in one controlled environment.
